How to unlock the Tyrant achievement in Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars - Definitive Guide

Will come naturally as you play through each Act. I got this achievement during Act lll. Every time you come across a village or city with a blood amount greater than 0, use an action point and feed.

EDIT - As SacredPYRO pointed out, during the Nosfernus campaign you should get this naturally. Your only income comes from feeding.
