Each pyramid contains 3 medals, one you get for beating the floor 3 mid-boss of a pyramid (allowing you to start said pyramid 4th floor) and two others, recieved randomly through treasure chests.
You are guaranteed the boss blueprint, and the pyramid specific ones tend to drop within the first few chests, making this cheevo relatively easy; simply repeat and explore a pyramid for its missed medallion blueprint.
