Fairly straightforward, you just need to stay alive long enough! Scrolls are the items which, when collected, give a pop up on the screen telling you which buff / nerf you've just been given by it.
Simply pick up every scroll you can in one run. They can be found in chests or occasionally as mob drops, so scour every room! The first pyramid has seven floors with an easy mini boss half way up - I'd collected 13 by the time I reached the last floor.
They must be picked up in one life.
Press 'menu' and you can count the Scrolls you own on the right hand side of the screen.
