Hard yet doable pyramid two (15-30k a run) with luck, easy pyramid three (low 30-60k a run). Much of it will be RNG based either way. If you want this in P2 to help you beef up;
*EXPLORE. Each unkilled minion or unopened chest hurts your chances.
*NO Urn breaking if you can help it, without the proper scroll. The lucky urn scroll gives a chance to find a big gold coin (has silver, start value 50) whiiich can't help on a floor whose urns you already broke.
*The scroll that doubles money yet takes 75% health. [wolf of wallstreet?]
*The scroll that drops coins on a crit + high crit [crit scroll OR proc with an automatic gun, like Gatling or Uzi]
*Hathor P2 with 2nd medal, buy gold scrolls if you want to try for better pickups or just better survival chances.
To make things easier I'd suggest maxing out gold pickup value in the skill tree. I *Wouldn't* suggest using Hathor P3, Goddess of Mining (gold pickups) as the games second medal (shorter timed but bigger pickups) almost rivals her passive, making it difficult without the health or abilities of other gods.
