Can only be achieved once you've picked up a 'Lucky Vessels' scroll.
As with all scrolls, they are random drops, but you can influence this slightly by buying a golden scroll from the merchant (approx 1/65 chance) or, if you happen to pick up a 'lucky clover' scroll early enough, this will remove all negative effect scrolls from that run.
The Lucky Vessel scroll allows health, ammo and gold to be found when smashing vessels (the little pots and urns all over the pyramid). You can just run through them, you don't have to waste ammo.
I was charging through a bunch on level four of the first pyramid, which is also where I found the relevant scroll, and briefly saw the steak pop up before I hoovered it up. Achievement unlocked seconds after.
