Here's every scene in Minsky, in date order (American notation). I will eventually come back around and add some "image match" tags to each scene so people can navigate to individual scenes to get ones they're missing. In the meantime, your best bet is to look at the scenes immediately preceding and following the scene you need to in order to find common threads between scenes.

Any tips on Minsky 30 and 20D? i can gues what scenes they are or might be but even then I am not getting hits.

two of everything i unlocked via normal play and then doing some clackerboard runs to just blast through clips. That also got me most of the way on the other two films.

Ambrosio I was only missing the Marissa casting stool scene from very early on. Found that one by just clicking around on chairs until it took me back to the infamous stool.

Minsky I was missing the very first scene with the original Minsky actor lying on the floor, rehearsing the mask scene - I got that by clicking through on his face....

...but these last two Minsky scenes are really causing me trouble.

Edit - hadn't seen the video below - super useful! 20D is basically just a knife - off to lookup 30

Edit edit -got them all now! Huge thanks to both guides! The video is super useful for referencing what you need to click on. I had to click on like 20 knives in a row, with several repeats, before I got the final knife scene. Would never have done that if I didn't know I needed a knife

@hydramarine It still demeans the solution writer and discourages people from writing solutions. If you don't like it because of formatting, and that's your one reason, that's in you. You're ignoring the amount of time it took to compile the list so that you could dismiss it because it isn't done to your specifications.

I, for one, would have preferred to see the list broken into groups of 8, so that I could find what I was missing much easier. But I still appreciate what the author has written because
1 - it helped me find what I needed, and
2 - I couldn't find this information anywhere else on the web.

That's what makes it a thumbs up, no question.

Pro tip: if you see a solution you don't like, write a separate one based on your own, "correct", specifications. That's what I've done, 1,725 times now according to TA.

EDIT: I'll answer my own question. Found it via slate lotto, but looks like it could be found via ashtrays/cigarettes. Finally done unlocking segments !

9/17/1970 - this is just Marissa's face. You can't really get it besides brute forcing that until it appears.

I give up on trying to find 23E - 8/25/1970 on my own. I've tried everyone and everything in the 23C scene multiple times, I've tried lights and mirrors and drinks. I've tried the 24A scene even though I think it should be in the bar and not the bathroom based on the naming. A guess is that it would be Olga at the bar but I've clicked on her face and earrings and hands and anything else I can wherever I can find her. I've clicked on the 2nd AC and tons of clapperboards. The game has crashed on me twice while clicking through scenes as fast as I can and this clip continues to remain hidden from me!

@Sashamorning - 6/26/1970 is Marissa Marcel and Carl Greenwood kissing, with a lightbulb in the background. The kissing will probably get you there fastest, but any of those objects I listed will work.

@The Ghilliest - if you are missing 6/1/1970, it's a chemistry test with Marissa Marcel and Carl Greenwood. Objects would be those two people, clapperboard, kissing, watch (on Greenwood's wrist), clock, lamp, and chair.

got 7/24/70. to get it just find the blond guy. can't remember what his name is (it might be carl because i figured it out knowing the subversive version of 7/24/70 involves carl). keep clicking on him over and over again and you should get it eventually.

For those, like me struggling to find 9/17/1970, it seems that besides Marisa you can search for windows/curtains, because at the beginning of the video you can view them and the icon change.

For 9/17/1970 I couldn't get it to come up even after clicking her face what felt like a million times. What FINALLY got it to pop up for me was Ambrosio scene 52A - 9/19/1968. Go to the very beginning with the clapperboard and put the cursor over the sheer white curtain hanging from the bed frame. First time I clicked that it worked. So I would highly suggest either using that scene over and over or just clicking on whatever trail of curtains you get lead on and you'll have way better luck than using her face which seems to be in damn near every scene in the game.

“30 - 6/9/1970” has John the director guy and Marissa kissing on a New York street, so maybe try kissing, door, light from a window, black trash bags

“9 - 6/11/1970” also has Marissa outside on a street, she has a key at one point. So try windows, doors, keys

1 - 6/24/1970: this shot mainly focuses on shoes, white cloth over someone’s face, and a straw

43A - 7/19/1970: this has Carl walking down a New York street, so try buildings, windows, street sign, doors

38A - 8/6/1970: in these scene Carl talks to another cop through a window, there are KEYS hanging on the wall, and the cop is holding a WHITE COFFEE CUP

29C - 8/23/1970: I think an easy way to get this one would be to keep clicking on the Asian woman who does makeup on the Minsky film, she’s in “17A 8/30/1970”

8/28/1970: I think the best way to get this one is by clicking on MIRRORS… the scene is just Marissa in a mirror

A Krayt Dragon's guide is perfect, but I wanted to add some visual help to this. I created this video with all the sequences in chronological order and each sequence has a chapter identified by its name in the game.

The trick to find the missing sequences is to spot an object (a flower, a watch, etc.) and click on it in all the scenes until you find the missing scene. I was missing Marissa's soap commercial and by clicking on flowers in all the scenes, I ended up on the missing scene. This is unfortunately random. Some sequences unfortunately have no objects and can only be found with the face of an actor.

There is 69 sequences.
