**MILD GAME MECHANIC SPOILERS**
This achievement is earned for accessing all of the subverted footage in the scene MINSKY 17A - 8-30-1970.
Near the end of the scene, just before
, there is subverted footage that can only be accessed if you press the 'frame back' button (left on the d-pad on controller, or either holding the rewind button at the bottom of the screen or pressing Shift + the left arrow key twice on Windows). If you're using a controller, you should feel it vibrate at the point it can be accessed, and you should also see the start of the subverted footage subtly fade in and out over the point it can be played if you're viewing the scene backwards at an improper speed.
Once you're at the end of the subverted footage, after the camera has fully zoomed in, repeat the process of slowly rewinding and another new bit will play. Do the same thing again at the end of that footage, and a third and final piece of subverted footage of the scene will play, revealing some interesting lore and popping the achievement.

I'm not sure if it's required, or it was a long delay, but I had to take a picture of the person in the final clip, then watch the following clip before it unlocked.

Choose Minsky 17A 8-30-1970
After watching Minsky 17A to the end, rewind the tape using the frame back button, accomplished by pushing left on the Xbox controller d-pad.
*Just before the gunshot*
The scene will change, with the lead actors swapped to different people.
You will hear a special sound
Press on "A" to let this scene play out until it ends, with the camera zoomed in on the man's eye.
*Important - don't exit from the video segment*
From here, start rewinding the tape, once again using the frame back feature.
You will hear a special sound
Press on "A" to let this scene play out
The camera zoomed in on the man's eye again. Watch this segment until the end.

Now rewind using frame back, and the scene should change.

The achievement does not jump, the two new actors appear, I rewind to the beginning to develop it, I reach the end, I leave. But the achievement does not come out.

🎬Minsky 17A - 8/30/1970
Before Marissa pushes Carl down on the sofa, Carl will look at the camera (or at you) when the moment Marissa grabs Carl's shoulder. Pause here and hold the D-pad left button (instead of the LT) to enter the true hidden scene. Then all the subsequent rewinds prompted by the vibration will replace the LT key with the D-pad left button.
The achievement will pop after watch them all and back to the grid.
