How to unlock the Bird's-Eye View achievement in Immortals Fenyx Rising - Definitive Guide
To unlock the Bird's-Eye View achievement in Immortals Fenyx Rising, you'll need to climb a giant statue in each region in order to remove the fog and reveal the entire map of the area. There are seven vantage points in total. One is basically free, and four are pretty straightforward, but the remaining two can be a bit of a pain. Handily, the statues are usually visible even through the fog on the map, and they're enormous so pretty hard to miss in-game as well.
The main problem you will encounter if you try to get this achievement done early is that you'll have very little stamina to work with, which can make climbing the massive statues difficult. This can be circumvented by bringing enough stamina potions and mushrooms to keep your bar from depleting as you ascend, or you can run a few vaults to earn lightning bolts and boost your stamina bar. As you climb, keep an eye out for flat areas where you can take a breather and recover stamina. Most have plenty of these spots, and making smart use of them will save you a ton of resources.
The first statue, Hermes in Clashing Rocks, is the easiest, and is actually needed for story progression so you couldn't miss it if you tried. Shortly after scaling this, the game will tell you that you're free to explore the whole world, at which point all of the others become available. They also serve as fast travel locations, so they're handy to unlock early.
The four on the mainland should be your next port of call. Aphrodite's statue in Valley of Eternal Spring is closest, then Athena's to the north in Grove of Kleos. The two areas on the east of the map — War's Den and The Forgelands — are home to much stronger enemies, so you'll probably want to hop on a mount and just ride on past as many as you can, especially if you're going to these areas early in the game. Once you've successfully climbed Ares' statue in War's Den and Hephaistos' in The Forgelands, that's the five easy ones ticked off... just the tricky ones left.
Be sure to grab as many blue mushrooms as you can along the way, since you're going to need a lot of stamina for the last two vantage points. First, let's handle the northern island, King's Peak. While it might look out of reach, it's possible to glide all the way over to the snowy mountain island from several points along the northern edge of the main map. The easiest spot is probably the north-east corner of the main map, where the hills and cliffs of The Forgelands offer a little more height to work with. Chug potions and scoff mushrooms as you glide over, and bear in mind that you'll need some stamina in reserve for climbing up onto the island itself, as you'll likely end up fairly low down on its outer edge. Once you're up, make a beeline for the giant bird statue on the south of the island, climb it, and reveal King's Peak. You can't actually explore most of this island properly until the tail end of the story, but you should at least be able to get the map revealed and unlock a useful fast travel point for later. One to go!
[EDIT: as confirmed by Meiphora, this last point cannot be unlocked until near the end of the story, as it is gated off by red mist up until a certain point very late in the game]
The final lookout point is way up on the volcano in the middle of the main map, and it's nowhere near as obvious as the others so if you're missing this achievement, this is probably why. Gates of Tartaros is where all the toughest enemies hang out and requires you to do a hell of a lot of climbing, so again, bring plenty of potions/mushrooms and don't stop to deal with the enemies. The point you need to reach is on the southern part of the volcano's summit, so climb all the way to the top then just edge down slowly towards the south. Unlike the others, this one is more like a carving in the rock than an actual statue, so it can be pretty easy to miss. Still, make your way to where the icon is in the image above and you should be able to defog the final central area, netting yourself the Bird's-Eye View achievement. Congratulations!

Underneath the Lord of Chaos center one, there's an Ambrosia you can pick up. So if you spot that, you can find it easier because its simply a bit higher up

I guess you must get rid of that red fog before you can reach the last point...
