Immortals Fenyx Rising

Complete the quest 'Bolt from the blue' in the Valley of Eternal Springs area of the game. This can be found in the south western part of the map, which is to the west of the starting area.

I believe the quest is triggered by collecting any ambrosia in this area,.

You will see a cut scene of a bird being struck by lightning and the quest marker appears on your map.

The quest itself involves heading into the Gates of Tartarus area (the one in the center with the giant rift in the middle) to fetch a seed.

It is likely that you'll be too low level to fight anything during this quest, so just snatch and grab, the seed isn't too far into this area so you won't have too much trouble avoiding trouble. As soon as you return with the item, the achievement will pop.
