Make sure that you are not wearing the Armor "Valor of the Soldier Breastplate" when you upgrade to the final Stamina Chunk.
The above mentioned armor gives you +3 to Stamina Chunks. I was wearing it when I made the last Stamina Upgrade and it did not unlock the achievement.
Luckily, I was able to load up an autosave from just prior to upgrading the Stamina and equipped another armor piece and then upgraded again and the achievement popped immediately.

This one and about 4 other achievements are glitched for me..

@nrdsgtbck0121 You'll have to find a save file prior to when you should have gotten the achievement, and then try again. If you don't have a save file, then you'll have to start a new game. I had to start a new game for the achievement related to taming the mounts, and my friend had to start a new game to get a different achievement.

You will need to collect Zeus’ Lightning to upgrade your Stamina.
Zeus’ Lightning can be found inside chests inside Vaults of Tataros. Once inside a Vault, be sure to scan around using your “Far Sight” (press in
) for beams of gold/red light. At the bottom of these beams is a chest, where your controller will vibrate and a ‘reveal’ prompt will appear: Click right trigger to mark it.
There could be any number of chests in a Vault, so be sure to scan around. The end-of-Vault chest will always contain Zeus’ Lightning, and any other chests in the vault could also contain it.
Once you have collected enough Lightning you can upgrade your stamina at The Hall of Gods at the ‘cogs’ weights bench with a blue stamina bar on.
