This one can be obtained as soon as you hit free roam. Simply press 
to crouch and move slowly behind an enemy. As soon as you are within range of an unaware enemy the 
prompt will appear on screen, and you can get credit for 1 stealth attack. Repeat 9 more times and you’re 15G richer.

I did well over 10 and mines is stuck on 40 percent can anyone help?

Hey there. This game is known to be glitchy. There’s a couple things you can try like a hard reset on the console or deleting and re downloading your profile. There’s no guarantee for either, but that’s all that I know. There’s also a chance the tracker updates itself eventually and pushes the achievement through.
