How to unlock the The Floor is Lava achievement in Immortals Fenyx Rising - Definitive Guide

For this achievement I used Palace of Aphrodite fast travel point. I jumped off the top and glided as far as I could using potions as I need them. Dont let go of the X or pushing the thumb stick or you will stop gliding to use the potion. You will get the achievement once you land on the ground.

You will need the skill unlock Glide boost by holding X. You use Coins of Charon to upgrade in the hall of heroes.

You may also want to invest into the potion upgrade for stamina so you can recover more chunks of it. I had mine upgrade to level 3 when I unlocked this.

Just an FYI, the achievement will pop after you land so don't worry if it doesn't pop after you've travelled 1000m

Achievement won't unlock for me. I've tried this from several locations now. Holding X and forward the entire time. I've tried going exactly 1,000 meters, just over 1,000 meters, or as far as humanly possibly (1400 to 1600 meters) and nothing. Anyone else have issues or a potential fix?

- Where is the Palace Of Aphrodite?
Answered my own question:
It's located in the Valley of Eternal Spring on the furthest western piece of land/island.

You will also want to upgrade your stamina at least six times to have enough stamina to glide this far, or have a lot of mushrooms and pots. From the Athena statue in the Grove of Kleos fly toward the Hydra statue. You should be able to maneuver around the left side and along the cliffs then fly to the right and land on the beach below. You need to land the flight for the unlock.

The X button can be released while gliding.
Boosting just speeds up the flight.
Keep pushing up on L-stick.
Hit right on D-pad to use a stamina potion when near depletion.

Upgrade potion potency at the Hall of the Gods at the Chalice of Circe by finding lots of Golden Amber in trees and chests.
Upgrade number of potions by spending Yellow Adamantine Shards at the Forge of Hephaistos in the Hall of the Gods.

This is really easy to get in the Haphestos Essence dungeon. When you’ve done everything except pick up the essence itself to end the level, you can fly around and the entire level is one giant updraft. Simply fly in circles, using stamina potions to keep from falling, and after 3-4 potions the achievement will unlock. I had 11 stamina chunks and used 3 potions when I did it, and it unlocked as I was falling actually.

Commenting on VoodooInfinity’s solution. I had 0 stamina chunks, used 3 potions and 20 blue mushrooms and still got it. Because I was floating over updrafts I didn’t know when I’d hit 1000 meters. You also don’t get the achievement UNTIL successfully landing on the ground so take as long as you need up there. Afterall, the floor is lava.
