You will need to collect Ambrosia to upgrade your health.

Ambrosia is a bright glowing multicoloured clump of crystals typically found at high points or on top of statues.

You can identify these by looking around areas using your “Far Sight” (press in ) and clicking RT when the ‘Reveal’ trigger appears on screen accompanied by a heavy vibration.

Once you have collected enough Ambrosia you can upgrade your health at The Hall of Gods at the cauldron with a red health bar on.
