As noted by several commenters, this is a story related achievement for completing Ares second trial, the Trial of Rampage’s Initiation.

I've not done all the one bolt trials and it unlocked on the 2nd Ares trial. I still had not started Athena's trials yet.

I unlocked this after finishing the trial of rampage for Ares. It has the portals that can move the boxes. I assume that is what the title and description is referencing. Before that trial I had only done the first two Hepaistos trials.

Can confirm that having only done 2 Hephaistos arenas, I went to Ares' area and did the Trial of Rampage and it unlocked immediately afterward, so I assume this unlocks after the first trial in which you use the portals

Went straight to Ares first trial, completed it and the achievement popped upon exiting the trial. I had not completed any other trials except for Hermes initial trial. Solution should be updated.

Didn’t get Zoomies at the specified trial. I didn’t get it after completing all the trials either.

I got this after completing the entire DLC and returning to the title page after finishing.

There must be a safety check that’s been put in place for some of the trophies if the criteria is meet but the achievement doesn’t pop. Had this happen with some of the base game achievements as well.

I recommend marking this achievement as bugged.

Simply continue with the main stories, this is one of the powers that you will automatically unlock.
