How to unlock the Armaments Azure achievement in Immortals of Aveum - Definitive Guide

You should get the first two sigils towards the end of the campaign through normal gameplay. The third one is obtained during "Tie up loose Ends". Travel to SEREN. In Southtown you should see on the map a conversation or dialogue box. Head to that location and talk to Luna and she will give you the third Blue Sigil.
