..if u want to have all 1300 Kills in the first Playthrough!!
Keep the Shroudfance(NEBELTOR for my German friends).."DEN OF GRAKLYNN"in Mt.Dresnyr until the End or run as an Example 20 minutes like a Crazy Idiot;) around the Stoneblock in the middle and ignore the"Member of the Six"!!! (..DONT KILL HIM).
He spawns endless small Spiders that u can easily shoot or kill with the ability"Shatter"often in a Sixpack:)) !!!
Nowhere in the whole Game u make faster Kills..YEP!

I got all my kills whilst working on the other achievements, in a single playthrough, on Immortal difficulty. There's no reason to go out of your way for this

Like master Elliot said as long as your going for all the collectibles enemies will spawn in every area you go to pretty much there’s absolutely no reason to farm this
