King Speed is the last of the Phantom Nine and the story's boss. The easiest way to beat him is to purchase a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX and fully tune it. Easily the best car in the game from my experience so you should have no problem beating King Speed.

Did it with a Skyline, finished way ahead of him easily. The AI in this game is super easy compared to the old Dreamcast versions.

After beating every single teams and bosses, King Speed will appear at Yoyogi PA.
