How to unlock the Silent Cassiopeia achievement in IMPORT TUNER CHALLENGE - Definitive Guide

After defeating the first three bosses, you will unlock the Shibuya district. Win all the night races and Silent Cassiopeia will appear. Defeat him to win the achievement.
