During the Final showdown with Agent Rainbow you'll have to activate your Patients Tapes. Virginia's is First. Once you Active her Tape make your Way over to Allen's Tape. Virginia's Mannequins will Help you Jump over a Gap using a Shipping Container. Dave will be on the other Side Waiting in Mid-Air. As you jump Across you'll have a Quick Moment to Interact, do so. You'll hear a Loud "Clap!" Achievement will Follow Shortly after Landing.
