Achievable in Max Nygaard's Therapy Tape - Near the End once you've Unlocked the Lure Pills
On the way to the Quarry / Waste Disposal you'll be pursued by Max and a series of Inkblot Enemies will Spawn.
You'll have plenty on Inkblots appear so you can try multiple times if needed. Simply use the Lure Pills to send Max in their Direction and He'll do the Rest for you.
