Achievable after Allen Shore's Therapy Tape - Apartments Part 2
Once back in the Apartments make your way to the First Floor. You'll need the Flaregun to complete. Go to the Ventilations Room and Shoot the Vent. After the Darkness Clears you'll see the Shotgun hanging look above the Gun and use the Pistol to Shoot the Board above it causing the Shotgun to Drop. Use Elevator to go to Basement take a Left up the Stairs, again Flaregun is needed to Clear the Darkness once Cleared the Shotgun will be Revealed.
