The Pistol can be found early in the game. A note can be Found in a Corner of the Utility Room Behind a Box. You'll need to Jump over a Gaseous Puddle.
-Slide is Located on the 2nd Floor on top of Vending Machine.
-Grip is Located Behind Washer Machine in Basement. Fuse Needed to Power Machine in order to Acquire.
-Barrel in Located on the 1st Floor under the Desk in the Maintenance Room
Once you have All parts go to the Basement Workbench (near start of game) and Combine all Parts.
