How to unlock the Tour de Force achievement in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle - Definitive Guide
Here is a video showing each disguise and boxing ring location! (Written guide below)
For each Boxing Ring, we need to find the correct uniform to enter. In the Vatican that is the Blackshirt Uniform, which can be found in the Washing area between the Sistine Chapel and the Excavation Site. This area can’t actually be reached until we progress the main quest far enough that we come to this balcony through normal progression, then we can return at any time. As we head down, we want to take out the enemies here then grab the uniform from a stool next to the tent.
The Vatican Boxing Ring is found west of the main courtyard in the Vatican gardens area. Along this path will be a kind of hidden door, where we can head downstairs to enter that ring area. Make sure to wear the disguise or we won’t be let in. Inside the boxing area are some books to purchase, plenty of food around the ring, and an unlimited supply of bandages to heal between fights. As for the fights, we will need to take down 3 enemies at each ring. If you are struggling, I’d recommend focusing on counter punches by pressing block just before the enemy hits you then countering with a punch of your own. Also, after each fight be sure to grab your prize money from the table near the bandages.
In Gizeh we need to find the Wehrmacht uniform, which can be grabbed from a guard tower outside the Detention Center. We will need to grapple up from the back of the building and climb through an open window to get in. Also be careful of the guard on the top floor who will attack us if we are wearing Indy’s regular clothes.
The Gizeh boxing ring is found just north of the Worker’s Area in the Gizeh village. From the village center we will head northeast to a blue building at the edge of the village to find the ring. Just like the others, we will need to defeat three enemies here. We can purchase books from the table and grab food and unlimited bandages to heal in between fights and be sure to collect the money after each fight too.
In Sukhothai, we need to find the Royal Army uniform, which can be grabbed from Voss’ camp in the northern most section of the map. This camp is crawling with enemies who will attack on sight, so I am going to show you a sneaky path around the camp from the main entrance. It does take some time to trudge through the swamp, so I will speed this up for you.
The Sukhothai boxing ring can be found just north of the main village and just south of Voss’ Camp. Dock the boat here and head into the only building in this area. Again, we will need to defeat three enemies. In between fights we should grab our prize money and heal up with food and the unlimited bandages that are available here. There are also some books to purchase. With all three boxing rings completed our achievement will pop.

I can't find the blackshirt key, and I've looked everywhere. All signs point to a door that can only be opened from the other side in the excavation site, and I haven't been able to get behind it.

In each of the three main hubs, you will find an underground boxing club:
Once you have defeated the champion of each of the rings, this achievement will then unlock.
- In the Vatican, it is located on the left of the main courtyard through the door in the alleyway, and down the stairs. You will need the facist uniform to be let into the club.
- In Gizeh, it is located in the main village area at the north end up the stairs. It’s the blue building, and again, the Wehrmacht uniform will get you in.
- In Sukhothai, you will find the boxing ring just outside the main village. Take the boat out of the main village gate, turn right; you will then see a dock on your left – that’s where the door to the boxing ring is.
Once you have defeated the champion of each of the rings, this achievement will then unlock.

At each of these rings, you need to defeat three opponents. The third is the champion of each ring. Between rounds, you can find an endless supply of bandages, usually in a dispenser near the desk area, so that you can patch up between fights.

There are three boxing rings on the larger maps (Vatican / Gizeh / Sukhothai), each with three opponents. To enter a boxing ring, you need the correct disguise, which you can find on the map. (below more) - I was playing on moderate setting, just as information.
Some general tips for boxing:
Disguise (Blackshirt):
You can get the Blackshirt disguise at the earliest after you have met Gina for the first time in the game. After the cutscene, you will find yourself in the area where the disguise is located. Unfortunately, there can be a slight misunderstanding here; the developers want you to use the zipline that is in front of you but have forgotten that it is easy to overlook, and many players go back the way they came, which means that the area with the disguise is not unlocked by the player (after the zipline, you go through a door that can only be opened from the side).
The solution to this is that you have to go back to the cutscene point yourself to use the zipline and unlock the area/door. In spoiler below is a video how you can do this.
Fights:
As mentioned at the beginning, the key to victory is always parrying when the opponent strikes and countering with subsequent strikes. With the first opponent, you can do 3-4 hits after parrying and then wait for him to strike again. The same with the second opponent. In the third fight you have to pay attention to your stamina (if you don't have any upgrades). The opponent will do more damage, and you will have to parry and strike perfectly more often.
Video:
If needed, there is my video; it shows the disguise location and all three fights.
Disguise (Wehrmacht):
The area where the disguise is located is unlocked automatically during the story in Gizeh. The disguise is located in the watchtower. Climb up the watchtower on the left, then climb over to the right, enter through the window, subdue an enemy, and climb down the ladder, where you will find the disguise on the table.
Boxing Ring Location:
From the vendor where you have to buy the lighter (part of the story), you can see a staircase to your left. Go there, follow the small path to your right, and you will see a door with two people standing in front of it; that's the boxing ring.
Fights:
The fights here are more difficult, and you need to be good at parrying. Of course, the process is the same again: you wait until your opponent strikes, parry the blow, counterattack, and strike 1-2 blows yourself. Then repeat the process.
The third fight only worked for me if I only struck once after parrying; otherwise, the opponent just beat me up. So if you have problems, parry, counterattack, and strike at most once and then wait again.
Video:
If needed, there is my video; it shows the disguise location and all three fights.
Disguise (Royal Army):
The disguise is located in Voss' Camp, which is in the north of the map. You do not need any story progress. At the beginning of the story, the game takes you to the camp to loot Voss's vault, so it would be a good idea to take the disguise with you once you are there
Boxing Ring Location:
The boxing ring is located in the east above the village and cannot be missed with the boat.
Fights:
For the last three fights, I recommend that you level up your stamina and health to the maximum with the medicine bottles / books; otherwise, the battles will be almost impossible. The enemies hit super hard.
In the first two fights, as always, parry, counter, and hit back a maximum of 2-3.
Fight three is also the same BUT you need patience and a nearly perfect parrying! Don't try to end the fight as quickly as possible. Instead, parry several times, regenerate your stamina, and then strike back after parrying again. Very importantly, the opponent is super fast when it comes to surprising you while you strike. Again, attack a maximum of 2 times after parrying and then prepare to parry again. If you attack more often, the opponent will usually knock you down directly with a three-hit combo. Avoid this!

Some general tips for boxing:
- Try to create a save with full health close to the boxing ring; reload is faster as the animation + heal yourself after each boxing fail. Around each boxing ring are save spots (Vatican in the passageway to the main square, Gizeh left and right on the street before the boxing house, Sukhothai when you leave the boat mostly).
- Each boxing ring has unlimited bandages; even if you do not want to fight, you can heal yourself there for free.
- Boxing is NOT button smashing; don't do this or you lose very quickly.
- The best strategy is parry + punch (1-3 hits depending on the opponent) and repeat.
- To replenish your stamina during fights, you simply have to parry your opponent's blows without hitting or countering them.
- With medicine bottles, you can purchase books for my stamina and health, which makes fighting a lot easier. You can also purchase books in the boxing rings to combine two health bars into one, which provides better regeneration (not fully depleted health bars regenerate).
