During this chapter, you'll follow Ilya up a series of wooden planks. He'll curve around to the right up a ramp. You need to go to the left, to a platform to you can lower with a mechanism on it. Go down one level, then over under the ramp Ilya went up. Climb onto the block nearby and then up onto the planks above. You'll be directly under the ramp he went up.
