Hi !
You can unlock this achievement at the Spasov level (16th chapter).
At the top of the tower you need to climb,interact 3 times with the lever to reach the final platform and the 1st shoe.
After that,leave the tower,go to the left,then right when reaching the wall and finally cross the bridge to reach the 2nd shoe and unlock the achievement.

I got the second shoe first, used level selection after completing the game and got the first at the top of the tower, so thankfully it doesn't have to be done in one playthrough if ya missed it.

Chapter 16 - Spasov
This chapter has you using a movable platform to ascend a tall tower of wooden planks, going around it and up it to reach the top. You'll start at the bottom at a lever, then reach a second lever on the way up, and finally at the top is a third lever. At the top, before going outside, use the lever to raise the platform all the way to the top. Now head under the raised platform to the other side (hug the right wall to do so), then climb onto the wall platform, onto the raised platform, and onto a higher platform, where you can find the first shoe on a barrel.
From that collectible, head back to the top floor where the final lever was and go outside. Immediately after exiting outside, go left across wooden planks. Follow this path, hugging the left wall, until you can duck under an overhang and find the second shoe in an alcove.
