How to unlock the A Drop of Potential achievement in Indivisible - Definitive Guide

This will be part of a turorial fight very early in the game, so this probably even is a story related cheevo.

Iddhi is gained attacking enemies, the bar at the top will fill up with every attack and clean block as well.
To use it press the cn_RB button and one characters attack button (cn_Acn_Bcn_Xcn_Y)
If you have more than one bar you can quickly press the characters button again to use another bar.

As a part of the prologue, you'll be faced with using the Iddhi Power to finish the battle against the three-circle creature with no context. Hold R1 and press the corresponding button for the guy wearing the spacesuit and carrying the giant cannon.

Story-related and cannot be missed.

You will get this early on in the prologue as it will be part of the tutorial, where it will prompt you to use it, which you can do at any time by pressing  and  together.
