IMPORTANT: For this boss and, in fact, the entire Kaanul section, I would advise you not to bring Razmi or Thorani as all of their attacks heal the enemies and the boss herself. The same applies to Ajna's Iddhi attack, so steer clear of that, too, but her other attacks are fine.
This fight is very involved and has two phases. In the first phase, you need to weaken her as much as you can. At a certain point you'll be forced to move around the map, dodging/blocking everything until her shield goes down. Once her shield is down, stand in the center and, in the same way you deactivated the totems in this chapter, meditate (hold ) to prevent the boss from regenerating. When her shield is down, shoot her with an arrow, making her fall down. As soon as she hits the floor, shoot her again but this time with the Nature's Embrace arrow (hold down  and press ) to freeze her in place. Walk up to her and wait for the petrify to fade, after which you can finally hit her to begin phase two, the real battle. After a certain point, she will end your battle and return to phase 1. This process will repeat multiple times until you've finally beaten her. Once she's dead, the trophy will pop.
