How to unlock the Unlocking One's True Potential achievement in Indivisible - Definitive Guide

When you reach the end of the game where you have to scale the mountain a third time to fight Kala, you can go to your inner realm and get quests from all of your friends which make them slightly stronger and unlock a 4th palette swap. They will generally have fairly clear instructions on where to go, but since you only need to do one, I'll give you the one that was by far the easiest: Phoebe.

If you didn't unlock Phoebe, she's standing around the port town Maerifa: giant Purple-haired woman. It's a very short quest to get her to join you once you talk to her.

Pheobe's resolution quest is simply to talk to her kids right outside the Tower of Wisdom in Maerifa, then meet her outside town in the desert for an extremely easy fight. The entire process should take only a minute from any fast travel point, since the tower of wisdom has its own warp.

Not sure If it was a glitch or the game has been updated but I did 3 random quest in the over world and this did not pop.

Only when I did a quest for one of the party members in the inner realm did this pop. Just a heads up if anyone experiences the same thing.

Specifically, it was the naga rider quest in the inner realm late game.

This one does only apply to the quests you get from inside the inner realm in the late game. Some involve more legwork than others (I’m trying to do them all).

Naga Riders is easy, but depending on which quest you did to reach endgame (when Ajna says ‘ok, back to Lham’) you might already be standing very close to the destination the sports brothers give you...

Incarnation's Resolution quests are basically Character Loyalty quests. These unlock in various parts of the story (usually in the last few chapters though) and are related to Ajna's affinity with each characters (the Hearts-level you can see in each character's info). Currently it is unclear if these doing quests garner any bonuses at all or have any use.

TIP: Although these unlock during the story, I would not suggest doing any of them until the end, after you have learned all of Ajna's abilities as, quite often, the quest might unlock before you can access the quest's location as you'll be missing whatever ability is needed to get there — for example, a Kampan Corkscrew to slip through tight openings or the ability to break down a specific type of barrier.

The earliest one you can do is Phoebe's, which, incidentally, is also the easiest one by far. It's also one of the very few that does not require the late-game moves. See below for details:

PHOEBE'S PERSONAL QUEST:
REQUIREMENTS: You must have recruited Tungar in Chapter 2 and beat Maha Heruka, the boss in Chapter 11 (see Maha Heruka, Accepted).
QUEST: Once you've met the requirements, enter your Inner Realm and talk to Phoebe, who will then send you to Port Maerifa. Go to the Tower of Wisdom to speak to her children before going to the right, outside the Port (the same place where you first dueled Phoebe). Keep going past the Save Bell to the oasis on the upper level. Speak to Phoebe and, after a short dialogue scene, you'll need to duel her and Tungar together. Once you win, you'll complete the quest.

Resolution quests unlock at various points in the story for each of the available Incarnations. When you hit the "point of no return" just before the final boss, this is a good time to try and get one done since you'll have all the fast travel unlocked. The easiest to do would probably be Phoebe, you only need to speak to her kids in Port Maerifa, then head out the east exit into the desert to fight her and Tungar which should only take a few hits.

You can find a full list of the quests here.

When you are sent to three already completed locations to fix problems, after completing each one, missions will open for your friends. Just move into the inner world and talk to them. They will tell you where to go and what to do. It is enough to do a task for one person for a trophy. Well, or that’s it, if you want to strengthen your friends as much as possible.
