Go to arcade mode and select time attack, choose any car then choose the first track to make it easier then aim to get your lap time to under a minute to grant you the achievement

I’m playing on Xbox Series X and when I’m at the time attack event the game freezes as soon as I reach the finish line.

Edit: They just update the game this afternoon and fixed the bug.

Just a small note, you have to select a track first before you can then select time attack or other modes. I was confused for a moment because I didn't see anything called time attack at first under Arcade.
