This means you need a gold medal everywhere in story mode, and is easiest to do completing the story as Edward.
EDIT: After playing more with the other characters in the game, I can say definitely do this as Edward. Do not attempt this as Viv or even Ibba, because you will have most likely have trouble even getting a bronze medal for most races.

I don't get this I have got the achievement for completing as Edward, but in game it still shows as 96%??
