How to unlock the Agile achievement in Infinite Guitars - Definitive Guide
Once you've progressed through the beginning/tutorial far enough, you'll start to see combat with various mechs. When it's their turn to attack you, avoid running around and, instead, get used to just pressing to dodge their attacks. The majority of the time an enemy aims at you and you can see its reticle on your character, an inner, thinner ring will grow outward to match an outer ring. If you dodge right as the rings collide, you'll dodge it "perfectly". (You'll know you executed a perfect dodge if you get/see a +bonus to your charge in big letters.)
You can also perfectly dodge some the lesser-popular attacks (quicker shots, laser waves/beams, pulsing reticles, etc) that some enemies shoot at you, but you won't be given as helpful (or any sort) of a visual assist when you go to dodge it perfectly.
You'll get plenty of opportunities to perfect your dodges throughout the story, but if you're in a hurry, you technically can rezone in and fight the majority mobs you may have already defeated for more chances to dodge. As long as the mob wasn't connected to an event like opening a door, basically.
