Once you beat the boss, go to the shop and buy the new equipment that is for sell. Make sure nothing is equipped and just hold
on the items to break them down.
You need to break down 5 items for the achievement. If you want to knock this out quick without losing the items then make a quick save, break the items down then reload your save.
