This achievement seems to be glitched currently. I think the issue is coming from the description. There is a space between the amount of scrap? Should be 30,000? I currently hit over 101,000 scrap from one play threw. Hopefully the glitch gets fixed as thing is basically the last achievement I need. (all the scrap/ money seems to be glitched.) As per the 10,000 scrap achievement, world 2 will have a 2nd door that needs 10,000 scrap to open. A mission will take you to a container that will get you 10,000 scrap to open said door.

Update. I did chapter select for a third time. I skipped past chapter 2 and did chapter 3. Once reached 21,000 achievement popped!
