This can be done on island 3. Like the previous boss for chapter 2, you will have to return to the area where the boss is located. Try to wait out his missile barrage and then hold x for the strike attack. Took me 4 hits to get the achievement and then you'll be thrown into the actual boss fight. Good luck achievement hunters. *Side note there is a quick save point before you reach the boss. I did a hard save before attempting just in case I didn't get the perfect hits.

If you have beaten the game, easiest way if you miss any of these you can replay chapter 5 or 12. 5 for ch 2-4 bosses, 12 for ch 5-11 bosses. Ch 1 boss is not here, start ch 2 and fly back to the first island. Of course if you haven't beaten the game you can just go back to the boss area and beat it again, but that's sometimes a pain to traverse the map again.
