Me too. Also when trying to challenge for this doesn't work either, so I can't level up :(

First, you need to go onto play solo then use your and choose editor then the or pick the Tortuga course. Now create and share your hole and the achievement will unlock. There is a tutorial video you can follow by pressing the button then .

When you are done making your course it needs to validated as well. This can be done by pressing the button, now all you need to do is save it by pressing .
