How to unlock the Reckless Driver achievement in Infinite Undiscovery - Definitive Guide
This Achievement can be obtained as early as the start of the second disc, after and gaining control over your entire party once more.
Head out to the Oradian Mountains, just like you did when heading to Vesplume Tower. The enemies here should be a great deal easier after having gone through the Tower, so take the time to kill the ones in your way. Follow the wall of cliffs to your right down a small passageway to find the entrance to Bihar Mines.
(Theoretically you could get here on your way to Vesplume Tower the first time, but as I didn't try it, I can only assume that the game disables the entrance to prevent you from getting side tracked, much like how you can't return to Fayel after setting out.)
The mine cart is directly in front of you, and when you attack it the cart will go flying down the tracks.
WARNING!
If any of your party members are in the path of the cart, THEY WILL GET HURT! If they are already low on health, and sometimes if they have full health, they will die upon impact. This is easily remedied by using a Miraculous Medicine, but I advise reloading your last save after getting the Achievement, so if they do die you're not wasting valuable items.
There are three Lumpers in the middle of the track, so when you first hit the cart (assuming they haven't noticed you) you'll get three kills right away.
You can go a number of different ways here, but this is my method, and it got my the Achievement within two minutes. Use the call pipe beside the door that you pass as you follow the cart. Three more Lumpers will come out of that door, and if you hit the cart, you'll get another three kills. Unfortunately, you can only use this once, so don't waste your time trying to reactivate the pipe.
Further down the track there are two Lumper marksmen, as well as a Lumper mage. Sheathe your weapon, and run down far enough to attract their attention. Once they've started attacking you, run up to the cart (it will be at the end nearest the door). Once two or three Lumpers are close enough, activate the cart and it will kill them. On the higher platform where the Lumper Mage is hiding, there is a second call pipe. Activating it sends out a large batch of Lumper Soldiers which can be killed easily by using the cart. This will almost certainly get you the Achievement.
Killing your allies DOES NOT count towards this Achievement. Again, if they die, don't worry, just reload your save (which should be in Fayel's inn). This should only have taken 10-15 minutes, and now your score is 30GS higher. Congratulations!

So is this the only chance to get it? I'm well past this part.

There is no one chance, you just have to wait until the second disc. After that you can get it whenever you want. There is a second entrance next to Port Zala if you'd like.

For this achievement you need to kill 10 enemies with a cart. It appears they all have to be hit with one push of the cart.(However, according to MattiasAnderson's comment, he didn't kill them all with 1 hit and still got it.) The easiest way to get this is to head out of port zala and keep to your right until you get to the mines. Make your way through the mines. Leave through the mine exit at the oradian mountains and head right back in. Now run straight forward to the call pipe on the left near the cart and use it. Run to the end of the corridor to your left and get the rest of the enemies to start chasing you. Turn around and head back to the cart. Try to make sure as many enemies as possible are on the tracks and give the cart a whack. Now you should have it by the time the cart stops.

Does not need to be done in one hit! I hit it once and did not kill enough enemies. Then I hit it to go back to its starting point and it killed a few more and I got the achievement.

You will unlock this achievement for killing ten enemies in the Bihar Mines using the mine carts. Bihar Mines is a completely optional area, you do not need to enter the Mines at all for the storyline. The Mines can be entered either from the Oradian Dunes or the Oradian Mountains.
Note: This must be done in one trip through the mines, as leaving and then re-entering will wipe the number of kills so far.
I found it very easy to get this achievement when entering from the Oradian Mountains (reached from Fayel), immediately in front of you when you enter the mine there will be a mine cart, stand behind it and wait about 5 seconds and three enemies will walk onto the tracks. Hit the mine with any attack and it will run into all three killing them instantly.
Then on the left (of the entrance) about midway down the tunnel is a call pipe examine this and a large group of enemy will run out of the door, run to back to the mine cart (now at the other end of the tunnel) and hit it again whilst they are on the tracks (be careful as this can kill your characters as well), there are enough enemies for the achievement to unlock. If the achievement doesn’t unlock either run out of the mine and come back in to try again, or move further into the mine and kill a few more enemies using the mine carts.
This achievement can be first unlocked whilst you are on the way to Port Zala, and can be unlocked at any point after this, even after completing the game you can come back here and unlock the achievement during the end game.
This achievement cannot be missed.
