How to unlock the Summa Cum Laude achievement in Infinite Undiscovery - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you will have to write "Will of the Universe". To write this you will need to get Savio to IC Level 6 and must complete the Writing Upgrade Quest (available once you load your endgame save).

Writing Quest

Head to Port Zala and talk to Rico on the beach to start the quest. He will ask you to bring him some different materials:

2 Clerks Quill, 1 Genius Quill, 2 Lunatite, and 2 Armalista

Armalista and Lunatite can be bought from merchants if you download the free "A" voucher.

Genius Quill can be forged by Seraphina or found in some treasure chests.(To forge you will need a Dragon Fang, which is dropped by Dragontail Vipers in the Luce Plains section of the Seraphic Gate, but you must get a Player Advantage on them. and a Pius Wood, which is dropped by the Gigas's found on the Graad Woods section of the Seraphic Gate and is a very common drop.)

Clerks Quill can be forged by Kiriya. (To forge you will need 2 Writers Quill which can be bought at the Kolton General Store, and 2 Placidus Wood, which is dropped by the Lumpers in the Bihar Mines section of the Seraphic Gate)

After collecting these materials head back to Port Zala and talk to Rico again to finish the quest. You will now have new recipes available to Savio, including the book "Will of the Universe".

"Will of the Universe"

Requires:

1 Memoirs of an Alchemist.
Can be found in treasure chests (check ones behind rocks that Gustav and Balbagan can break). or can be forged by Savio. If forging you will need 3 Halgitian Paper (dropped by Lumpers in the Bihar Mines section of the Seraphic Gate or can be forged by Michelle) and 1 Genius Quill (see the Writing Quest).

But... How do you make it..? in other words.. how do you get savio on your team as an actual character? (not secondary..)

He is only a secondary character, you must be in a town, go find him and you can craft items with him

To unlock this achievement you need to have Savio write the Will of the Universe, he must be at IC Writing Level 6. You will also need to complete the Writing Upgrade Quest before you can unlock this achievement.

Note: This achievement can only be unlocked in the end-game on Normal or above difficulties, unless you kept the materials gathered earlier in the game.

Will of the Universe:
Requires the following items to write:

- Memoirs of an Alchemist - x1
You can write this book using Savio, for this you will need 3 Halgitian Paper (Created by Michelle), and 1 Genius’s Quill.

- Genius's Quill - x2
Can be made by Seraphina.

WARNING:
Save before attempting to write the Will of the Universe as you CAN fail.

Genius's Quill - Requires the following materials to create:

- Pius Wood - x1
Common drop for the Hill Gigas in the Graad Woods section of the Seraphic Gate. Also dropped by the Order soldiers when going through the Vesplume Tower section, and the Blue Drogo Warriors in the Graad Prison section.

- Dragon Fang - x1
Dropped by Sword Tail Vipers in the Luce Plains section of the Seraphic Gate.

Writing Upgrade Quest:
To start this quest go to Port Zala and speak to Rico who can be found on the beach. This quest can be started once you have completed the game, and you have loaded the end game.

He will ask you to bring him the following:

- Clerk’s Quill - x2
Can be made by Kiriya.

- Genius’s Quill - x1
Can be made by Seraphina.

- Lunatite - x2
Can be made by Seraphina. Can be bought in stores if you downloaded the "A Voucher" from the marketplace.

- Amarlista – x2
Dropped by the Flying Swords in the Castle Valette section of the Seraphic Gate. Can be bought in stores if you downloaded the "A Voucher" from the marketplace.

Clerk’s Quill - Requires the following materials to create:

- Writer’s Quill - x2
Can be bought in the Kolton General Shop.

- Placidus Wood - x2
Dropped by the Lumpers in the Bihar Mines section of the Seraphic Gate.

Lunatite - Requires the following materials to create:

- Hearthstone - x2
Can be bought in the Halgita General Shop.

- Ceramic - x2
Can be made by Seraphina. Can be bought in stores if you downloaded the "A Voucher" from the marketplace.

Once you have the items return to Rico to complete the quest. You will unlock new recipes for your writers. Completing this quest is required for the following achievements "Summa Cum Laude", "Stalwart", and "Sagacious".
