There are four members of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all under the TMNT Character Slot.

1. Leonardo [Calm Leader] He wears a Blue Mask and his weapons of choice are two ninjatō, they look like two katanas swords.
2. Raphael [Sarcastic Bad Boy] He wears a Red Mask and his weapons of choice are two ninja sais.
3. Donatello [Technological Genius] He wears a Purple Mask and his weapon of choice is a Bo-Staff.
4. Michelangelo [Comedian] He wears a Orange Mask and his weapon of choice are two pairs of nun-chucks.

The game does a strange way of cycling through each character, You have to customize your character, scroll down to TMNT and edit your load outs. You only start out with three load outs until you reach character level 10 then you’ll unlock more slots.
In order to cycle through the members of TMNT you need to edit the ‘Weapon Type’ in the load out portion of customizing your character which should be the fifth one down from the top. Once you created the first three load outs to be Leonardo, Raphael and Donatello it’s pizza time, dude..

Now there is a few methods can be used to achieve this, both are pretty simple.

Method 1: The absolute easiest way to unlock this is by doing using two controllers.
1. Start a local match
2. Press A on your second controller, when the request for another Gamertag comes up, press B to back out of it and you will receive an option to sign in or continue without saving definitely choose to continue without saving.
3. Select TMNT as your character and just cycle through your first three load outs after you beat up a defenseless opponent.
4. Once you win with the first three load outs, go back and edit one of them to Michelangelo or whoever your final turtle is.
5. Once the you win with the final turtle and the experience is given out the achievement is yours.

Method 2: Simple but with some resistance.
1. Start a quick match against an AI on easy
2. Cycle through your character load outs after you win the match with some resistance from the AI
3. The achievement will pop upon completion of the final turtle.

Method 3: Simulate
1. Set up a match where your AI will fight for you.
2. Cycle through load outs after every win.
3. The achievement will pop upon completion of the final turtle.

To do this go to customize characters and scroll down to TMNT.

Now there are 3 load outs, keep one as Leo. Make load outs 2 and 3 Mikey and Donnie. (by changing weapons)

Then play three single player fights by selecting each of those load outs and win each match.

Go back to customize characters and switch out load out 3 to Raph and win a single match.

After winning the last match with Raph you will get the best achievement in the world called.
