Amulet of Anubis is the Supermove of Dr. Fate, which is performed by pressing the L2+R2 buttons once the super meter is filled. Performing special moves (which can be looked up in the pause menu) fills it quicker.

Easiest way to do this is either by loading up a versus match with a second controller or single fight on Very Easy difficulty. Just be aware, on the latter they may block it. You want to perform this when the opponents health is down to around a quarter of red or 25%, because if you do it too low then it'll just KO them before performing the move.

I can confirm that even if they have a sliver of health the Trophy will pop. You still hit the move, you just don't get the scene.

Select any mode you like, select Dr. Fate as your main character and any as your rival. Select any map and start the match.

Once the match starts, keep hitting your rival until he has around 15-20% of health left in his red bar, and make sure you have all 4 boost bars filled. At this point, using Dr. Fate stay close to your rival and simply press + to use your Super Move against him. Once your rival is defeated with this power, the match will end showing the trophy in the screen.
