Unlocked this recently by joining a Private: King of the Hill match with 2 other friends. (This also makes it easy for them to get the achievement after you do, just take turns defeating each other, using Harley)

How To Unlock:As Harley, I got my friend down to critical health, and then used her character trait. Make sure you Press and Hold Down

until both her Hyenas start running.

Do this as the killing blow, and the achievement will unlock. Happy Hunting!

I can confirm that you can do this with just one other person (in a private match) as I recently helped someone else get the achievement. Just keep an eye out who the King is. If the person who needs the achievement is King, make the person purposely lose (then you are crowned King) and then have them carry out the main solution above!

The above solution is meant for a Private Match situation amongst friends only. Therefore, there is no cheating involved lol. Its all by willing participation towards unlocking the achievement :)

I'm tired of dealing with the online community for this game, it's full of the absolute worst kinds of gamers I hate associating with. If anyone wants to help me out with a quick match just add me to friends, we can remove it later if you want, I don't care, I'm just sick of trying to do this legit anymore and I hate multiplayer.

Edit: Nevermind, found a new friend to help me. Most frustrating achievement of my life so far.

This Trophy can be boosted in an online private king of the hill match with two players (you and another player). Double Trouble is the fully charged version of Harley Quinn's hyena attack ability where she throws a treat and a hyena comes out to attack your opponent. To do this properly, you have to have both hyenas available and hold down the ability button until both hyenas come out and attack. If they hit the opponent (who MUST be the king) and defeat him/her, then you should get the trophy. A good rule is to hold down the ability button until the hyenas actually hit the opponent just to be sure you did the attack correctly.

Not too difficult, if you can win a King of the Hill battle, just finish them off by holding down and the special move sicks her hyenas on the enemy for the win.

Another easy trophy to boost in any Private Match, from the Main Menu select Online, Private Match, King of the Hill and here you can send an invitation to any friend you want. Make sure your partner invites you to this private room because the host always starts as the King.

Having you and your partner ready in the fighter select screen make sure you pick Harley as your fighter and start the match, make your way to hit your rival until he has around 5% of health. At this point hold and Harley will release her two dogs, after attacking your rival and if you beat him with this move you will became the new King and your trophy will pop. Without quitting out, your rival selects Harley and does the same so both of you will have the trophy.
