This can be done in local versus with 2 controllers.

Play as Poison Ivy and pick any character as your opponent.

The move is one of her special moves. Get your opponent to 10 percent health and hit

Poison Ivy does perform the move on females. I got the achievement against Wonder Woman in a player match, and my friend got it against Catwoman.

I was starting to think I may be wrong on that. I was playing against a female opponent and couldn't get the move to work right. I assume it was because she was female because I've seen that in other games when moves can be gender specific. I must have been just me messing up. I later saw the AI perform it on me while I was playing as a female so I know you're correct. I'll update my guide and correct it.

Worked against a female character for me. Wouldn't make sense for Ivy to not kiss a girl as she's often hinted at being gay or bisexual. In the Bombshells universe she's confirmed as gay.

You need to add that you have to hit RT to get the meter burn before doing down back forward then x to do the kiss of death.

You're wrong, Fifthmusketeer. You don't need to hit RT at all. The achievement doesn't require you to do the meter burn version so there is no need to add it to the guide. I've done the move several times and popped the achievement with multiple profiles and never once did I have to hit RT. If meter burn was required, it would state it in the achievement description like a few other achievements.

Also worth noting for the few having trouble, that you must be quite close to your opponent. If you see you throw out the pollen, you need to hit your opponent with that. It's almost a grab move.

Best done with options set to Very Easy, 1 Round, no time limit.

You need to get your opponent's health down to around 5% and then hit them with Kiss of Death

and the achievement will pop up. The move requires being pretty close to them, by the way.

Select any mode you like, select Poison Ivy as your main character and any as your rival. Select any map and start the match.

Once the match starts, keep hitting your rival until he has around 5% of health left in his red bar. At this point, using Poison Ivy stay close to your rival and perform the combo (having your rival to the right). Once your rival is defeated with the last hit of this combo, the match will end showing the trophy in the screen.
