Remember that you need to have all of your meters full at the bottom to be able to do the move.
leptonic, Trophy, Germany
From the main menu, go to either Single Player or Multiplayer. When you start a fight, make sure to choose Starfire as your character and someone else as an opponent. When the game starts, strike at your opponent and destroy his health until only a little health is left. Now you need a full meter bar to build your supermeter. To execute, you must press 
+ 
to use it. Once you have defeated your opponent, the trophy will pop.

From the Main Menu, go to "Single Player," start up a "Single Fight," and pick Starfire as your character. The AI character, stage, and difficulty level does not matter.
When match begins, attack your opponent and chip away at their health until just a sliver remains. Now allow them to hit you a bit so that your Super Meter builds up. When the Super Meter is maxed out, tap 
+
simultaneously to activate your Super Move and defeat your opponent.
The achievement will unlock during the post-match screen.
