Note in case it doesn't pop right away for others: During the cutscene, a Chapter 07 title appeared, but the achievement did not pop for me until I finished the first fight in 07.

Story Related and cannot be missed. This trophy should pop at some point whilst playing the 7th Chapter. Please refer to Justice for All for more information.
