Supermoves are done by pressing LT+RT at the same time with a full super meter. This achievement can be unlocked using the games training mode. From the main menu select Singleplayer -> Training -> Practice.

-Select two characters, and any stage.
-As soon as it's loaded, hit START and navigate to PRACTICE OPTIONS. Find SUPER METER and change this option to FULL.
-Hit LT+RT to perform the characters supermove. Once the animation ends, go to PRACTICE OPTIONS again and change CONTROL PLAYER to 2 and do the supermove for the other character.
-After that, hit START and choose PLAYER SELECT. Repeat these steps for each of the games 24 characters and the achievement will unlock.

This is a brilliant solution! One of the select few that I wish I had written myself. It required a high degree of analytic thinking.....rare these days.

Thanks. It worked perfectly.
I would like to add that the supermoves of the DLC characters are not required, if you should have one or more. As mentioned, only the 24 standard characters have to perform the supermove.
Supermoves performed with the second controller do not count.

This is one of the greatest features in the game. Every character has a Super Move, and before you can use it you need to have your Meter Burn located in the bottom of the screen totally full. Now to perform the supermove you need to press

and the cinematic will appears.

Basically you just need to keep tracking the fighters and perform all 24 supermoves, this can be done in any game mode but it's recommended to try it in Multiplayer Versus with two controllers.

According to bs000 you can unlock this trophy in Practice Mode, bear this in mind if you don't have a second controller but it's recommended you do it another mode to gain some of the XP needed to reach Level 100. Ultimately the decision is up to you.
