To get this achievement pick Green Arrow. You can get it by spamming B, but it doesn't make a lot of damage so maybe you won't get it in time.
There is a much easier way! When you hit 'down, down, B' Green Arrow sets 3 arrows on fire and this makes a lot more damage. Shoot the arrows with B, and repeat till you win the match. When your opponent is finished you should get the achievement.

good guide but for me i didn't finish in time but the achievement still pops if you only used arrows

If for whatever reason you don't have another controller (like I did) you can select a 'very easy' single battle and just keep jumping around evading and fire Green Arrow's special arrows.

I Got this achievement by using a second controller in versus and just firing arrows at the second player by spamming B. Its a bit of a close call though, achievement popped with 1 second left on the timer.
