Start a new journey on easy or normal. Select a starting Army that comes with the hand action strike or swat such as 'Barks of War'.
Look for a non-elite Tiny vs Beasts encounter to start with. You should be against 2-3 enemies. Draw a couple of units and play normally but aim to get one non-ranged enemy left with 5 or less HP.
With one enemy left you should move your remaning soldiers in between them and your Tiny. Simply sleep each turn and let the enemy move towards your Tiny and kill your soldiers. Once he's done you can hit him with the swat/strike to finish him off.
