How to unlock the Afterlife II achievement in Inkulinati - Definitive Guide

The strategy I used for beating the game is as follows, when it comes to choosing your starting beasts I'll highly recommend using the skeletons which are unlocked with prestige, if you don't have them you'll get them easily on your second playthrough or third. Skeletons are immune to plague, bleeding and dance macabre also they infect anyone they crossby and give dance macabre whenever they attacked. Play around plague damage as it most likely be your main damage source and use dance macabre to try and push off enemies for free.

Hands actions
Encourage to dance: I love this hand action, it has a long range and can affect any creature on range, gives them dance macabre which will help you deal chip damage even on your tiny's turn.

Motivate: Combos great with Born ready talent to quickly infect enemies or setup dance macabre for next turns

Healing/Greater healing/Mass healing: any healing hand action is super useful not just for your beasts but to target your tiny too

Talents
Plague immunity: Must have talent, choose it on the beginning, you don't want your tiny taking damage each turn due to bad positioning and having to move your skeletons through him. If you feel confident on your positioning and yout ability to keep your tiny non-infected I'll recommend taking Hereditary prestige instead.

Born ready: Strongest talent in the game, keeps you in the offensive and with the help of Motivate can set up all your status effects

Everyday infection: You are immune to plague you might as well infect everything you can

Plague bussines: Gives you tons of ink and combos with Everyday infection

Daily supper: Passive healing it's always great!

Against bosses
My general estrategy against bosses is summoning any skeleton on my first turn, give him motivation so he can move and hopefully use their skill on the enemy tiny to get them infected, I mainly summon a trumpet-wielding skull to use it's trumpet skill to infect and give dance macabre to many enemies at the same time. After that setup I'll mostly play defensive doing chip damage to the tiny whenever I can, eventually you'll kill him.

Beasts
Fish Folk: any fish is awesome, whenever a fish attacks an enemy it'll summon a wave on their spot, non fish beast take 3 damage if they are on wave tiles plus the infection they most likely have, they'll take 6 damage plus your attack roll. Almost all fish can create 3 tiles o waves, utilize this skill to damage or destroy fire sparks and fire obstacles. Wave tiles only last for one turn

Sheep devotee: Can help you cheese boss fights thanks to it's ability to nap enemies, generally the tiny's turn will be the last turn your opponent makes, utilizing the Born ready and Motivation you can rush with your sheep and nap the opponent tiny as soon as possible. They won't be able to summon more beasts as long as you keep one enemy beast alive, if all enemy beasts are dead, the first enemy turn will be the tiny's breaking the cheese.

Bunny folks: Their passive ability to pray at the end of the turn makes them great for dealing damage.

Range units: Mostly archers you'll need them as some fights are harder or near impossible without them

You can exit mid battle and press continue to start back at the army selection screen. Makes the game a lot easier and you can save quills for use against the bosses.

As James says, quiting is your best friend. If you're able to play on PC, then alt F4 is great way to do that, but bear in mind you have to quit before they kill your tiny. If you're too slow it will register the loss.

Other than what raultono said above, I particularly liked using Wolf Pilgrim to damage the boss from a distance, and if you spawn several, they can use any door. This paired with the various "wake up" abilities is really strong.

Or you could use a bellow wielding devil to drop fire on the boss and then use the bellows to cause a massive 15 damage.
