Achievement requirements:

Beat all 6 levels collecting all inops and all stars
Total inops needed: 60 (10 per level)
Total stars needed: 18 (3 per level)

You can do separated runs for inops and stars if you're having trouble getting both in the same run. Just remember to hit 'Continue' after beating a stage so the game saves your progress.

This one had a delay for me. It didn't unlock until after I got Complete the Game.
