How to unlock the Innocuous Insect achievement in Inscryption - Definitive Guide
There is a safe in the cabin to the right of the glowing door that needs a 3-digit combination to open.
Randomly during one of your runs, the Stoat will give you a hint that tells you how to open it.
Hint #1:
Hint #2:
This should be able to be entered even if you never get the hint from the Stoat, assuming you just want to knock it out. The Stinkbug is probably my favorite Talking Card, and is a great addition to your deck. However, opening the safe also grants you a very important key, needed for game progression and the Uncage the Menagerie achievement.

I am giving the four story related puzzle trophies in Act I the tag of Spoiler. Each of these deserve to be discovered in organic gameplay, but you may need a few pointers in the right direction. They are also connected as you can not accomplish the second trophy without completing the first and so on. Please read the walkthrough of these trophies with that in mind
This is the first of four Spoiler-filled puzzle trophy walkthroughs:
Once you have lost to your opponent for the first time and received your first Deathcard (see Blood Artist ), you will already be aware that you can move back from the game board and explore the room you are trapped in. Starting your second run of Act I, your opponent will tell you to get up, turn around and collect the game piece next to a safe. This is a great time to take in all of your surroundings, if you have not already.
The safe is the most important thing to consider for this particular trophy and the combination is available to you if you know where to look. If you do not find the combination on your own, the card that has already proven to be a wealth of information and who frequently appears in your deck will eventually direct you to where to look, but chances are if you are observent and read the room, you will find the three digit combination on your own.
Once you know the combo and open the safe, you will collect another informative card as well as a key that can be used on the cabinet on the opposite wall for four puzzles that will award you cards and a very useful totem piece. One of these cards will play an important role in the next part of the puzzle (see Uncage the Menagerie )
