So, the way that I ended up doing this. The Moon has a lot of sigils attached to it, but the white ink that you unlock from the first oil painting wipes them all out. Then, you just get a few folks that fly (or use the fan to send everyone airborne) and you can sneak in the 5-6 points needed to kill Leshy outright.

It took me a little bit to realize the painting puzzle is found within Kaycee's mod, and there's actually three unlocks which you'll need for another achievement. Every new run of Kaycee's mod you should check the painting to see if you can match up the cards on your board to the painting until you unlock all three. Magickal bleach is the first unlock.

This is an Achievment for Kaycee's Mod and may contain SPOILERS for new players.
pennysticks To do this, you will need two things prepped and ready for the final round of the Leshy fight in any Kaycee's Mod run: The Magickal Bleach (See Master Trinketeer 
on how to unlock this item) and enough cards in your hand with Airborne 
or other Sigils that directly hit your opponent.
When you reach the Moon round, first use the Magickal Bleach to remove the Mighty Leap
, Omni Strike 
, Tidal Lock 
and Made of Stone 
Sigils. Removing Mighty Leap will allow for Airborne attacks, Omni Strike removed will result in the Moon only hitting the left most card on each attack. Removing Tidal Lock means it won't mess with any of your squirrels or bees. It is very important to note that removing the Made of Stone Sigil will allow the Moon to be killed instantly with Touch of Death, so avoid using any card that has this Sigil

Next, play any combination of cards that will directly attack Leshy until the round is won. With 40 HP on the Moon, you should be able to do this even if it takes a few turns without accidently killing it.
